This table is a set of data files found on NASA websites which were downloaded and then converted from HDF4 format or HDFEOS format to HDF5. This is a selection of data files found on various websites which were originally hdf format but have been converted to hdf5 format. The originating webpage for the data can be reached by clicking on the link in each description. Each row has a short description of the data including some of the variable types included and what format are included in the dataspace(s) within including the sizes of the arrays if any. The second row is the original datafile.
The third row is the converted datafile named .h5 if it was converted with h4toh5 and .h5eos if the file was converted with heconvert from the EOS project. The 4th and final column contains the h5dump output for the datafile.
The conversion programs do not change the name of the program, they are changed on this table for convenience and ease of display.
The default settings were used for all conversions.
